Hi there

My name is Celine. A 26 year old trained carpenter from Germany studying international Civil Engineering in Germany and currently completing my Final year of my studies at the UC in Christchurch.

Right now I am living at a hall, but I am very keen to get to know the culture of New Zealand. Therefore I thought a host family will be the best option. I previously stayed with a host family in Argentina for a year and enjoyed it very much.
The best part about staying with a family is being surrounded by kind people, sharing meals, traveling together, having movie nights, learning about cultural habits, and always having someone to talk to.

Since I am currently in my studies I am searching for a host Family for the second semester starting in July.

I come from a big family with lots of children’s so helping around the house, walking the dogs and babysitting has always been a part of my live- something I’d like to continue while staying with a host family.
Since I’m still at university, I spend a lot of time studying, but in my free time, I love going for walks, discovering new places, running, watching movies, and socializing.
