Homestay in Linwood

Our home is a sweet little cottage set in a garden with fruit trees. Close to inner city, 10 minute stroll to Cathedral Square. It's a short walk to Ara Institute.
The nearest bus stop is five minutes walk away.
The cycleway to the seaside suburb of Sumner is right outside our front door.
The guest bedroom has a double bed, table, chair , bookcase and built-in wardrobe. The bedroom windows open onto the front verandah and overlook the front garden.
There is one shared bathroom with separate toilet
The cottage is heated by a heat pump and gas fire and is cosy in winter. There is an electric heater for ypur bedroom
You are welcome to use the kitchen if you want to prepare extra snacks and drinks for yourself.
My husband and I are an energetic older couple who enjoy an active life - cycling, tramping and travelling. We also grow our own spray-free vegetables.
