Near new two storey house - warm and sunny double room in a quiet area. In wigram/ haswell area. Fully furnished room with a king single bed, side table, desk, lamp, chair, linens etc. You are welcome to use your existing furnitures if desired.

We have internal garage space for your bikes and sport equipments. We are close to a supermarket, gym, petrol station and cafes.

2 bathrooms and 3 toilets

Convenient location. 5 mins drive to hornby mall/ dressmart, 10 minutes to airport, 12 minutes to riccarton, 12 mins to Lincoln university, 13 minutes to CBD. Off street parking available. Bus stop 3 minutes walk away and on route to University of Canterbury. On route for cycle lane to Addington and town. We are working health professionals in our 30s. One 3 year old boy and a 4m old baby, we are out most of the day. We both love the outdoors and are quite social.

We have space in the cupboards and the fridge/ chest freezer for your food items and you are welcome to use our cooking apparatus, utensils and bowls/ plates etc. We can share a meal sometimes or you can do your own cooking.

We have a heat pump and unlimited fibre internet. There's a garden at the back with parsley, spring onion, mint and lemons that you can help yourself to.

We would like someone who is mature, respectful and tidy.

$200 per week board, inclusive of utilities. Fair usage applies.

Happy for both short term or longer term stays.
