My husband and I live on middle of the Cashmere Hill, close to cafes, walking and cycling tracks. We have a semi self contained private area downstairs area. The area consists of one double bedroom, lounge area and a separate bathroom.
We are friendly, very quiet and our accommodation would suit someone who would like to be semi independent.
