Hello, I am Polly and would love to make your stay in Christchurch as enjoyous as possible. I have a lovely spare room that is fully furnished with wardrobe space and a separate study that can be used.

Richmond is one of the oldest suburbs in Christchurch and has an easy access to the city centre. I am only a 20 minute walk from the CBD and the supermarket is only a 3 minute walk down the street. This is a great place to stay if you do not have a car.
