5 minutes walk to New World, on bus route (Orbiter & 27 to ARA / town center or 5 minute drive to ARA city centre or Sullivan Ave.

Must be tidy and respectful. Female preferred.

Room available for short or medium term stay. *Only available after September 2024
Basic breakfast items available - Tea, Coffee, bread/toast, cereal.

Shared bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity).
Open plan lounge, kitchen, dinning, small but tidy and homely. Large back yard with small deck, patio, vegetable garden and grassed area.
