A beautiful brand new home in a peaceful neighbourhood. A short distance to Lincoln University, and Lincoln village where there is a medical centre, library, pharmacy, gym, cafes, post office, food outlets, hairdresser/barber, bank, and bus services to Christchurch CBD.

Our house has all the amenities including two furnished bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, bedding and linen, unlimited fibre internet, a large private bathroom, central heating, laundry, kitchen, and parking. An entertainment home cinema is also included.

Rates:
- Larger room with breakfast and dinner included $330 per week or room only $300 per week. Room has a double size bed.
- Standard room with breakfast and dinner included $310 per week or room only $280. Room has a king single bed.

Internet, power and water are all included in the weekly fee.

We are a friendly Christian family of four (two adults in our late 30's and two children aged 7 and 3, both girls). Your privacy will be respected, and we also would enjoy including you in our family activities occassionally such as brunch, attending church, bike rides, walks, sports, and road trips/sight-seeing.

Female guests preferred. Open to short term or long term stay for students, workers or a couple.
