One decent size bedroom is available . It is upstairs overlooking the hills of Christchurch. Cozy and quiet. There are other guests as there are other 2 rooms being occupied. Everyone is respectful and and friendly . The neighborhood is quiet . This place is about 10 minutes walk from ARA Institute and 20 minutes walk to the city Centre. There is a convenience store at the corner but Pak n Save and Woolworths can be walked as well.

There is a bus stop at the end of our street , about 50 meters away. The no. 8 bus goes all the way to the airport .

I can prepare simple breakfast only as I work everyday in the health industry. My work is 30 minute drive away.

I like meeting people from different cultures and walks of life. I have travelled to Asia and Europe. I have lived in the UK for more than 4 years . I can say, I am pretty much easy to live with and always have a positive outlook in life.
