I have 3 spacious bedrooms available. 2 of the rooms have single bed and the third has a double bed. All bedrooms are upstairs . Cozy and quiet. Upstairs has one bath and a shower and another separate shower and a separate toilet. One toilet downstairs.
It is just about 10 minutes walk to ARA and 3 min walk to the bus stop. The city centre is 7 minutes drive . Handy to Countdown, Mc Donalds and other amenities.

I have a full- time job as a healthcare support but off on the weekends . Dinner can be negotiated. I am pretty easy to live and talk with. Happy day, happy stay.
