Call me Eve and I am originally from the Philippines. I have lived in Christchurch for 29 years , I have lived in the UK for 4 years and after that I go back and forth. Have travelled several countries in Europe as well . I have been a homestay mother for International students in the past . They were in their high school then but now they have family of their own and we still communicate every now and then.
I like having guests in my house . There are 4 decent size bedrooms upstairs . Usually occupied. Some odd days, one bedroom is vacant, I look for guests who would fit on those dates. My other guests are pretty respectful and friendly . The house is quite tidy and convenient to bus stop and other amenities . ARA Institute can be a 15 minute walk away . If you like walking, the City Centre is just about 20 min walk.
I like hosting and I love travelling as well. I like meeting people from different culture and walks of life.

This is a Single Bedroom in one of the 4. All bedrooms are in the second floor. There are to showers upstairs shared by other guests . The kitchen and lounge are downstairs and shared as well. A washing machine is available to use. No dryer as there is a clothesline outside . On winter clothes can be dry in the airer inside the house. The house is pretty tidy and clean. Quiet and everyone is friendly and respectful.
