We welcome you to our humble family home located on the Christchurch East side, with close proximity to Christchurch Central, New Brighton Beach and Sumner Beach and on many bus routes to central city centre, ARA Institute and walking distance to Eastgate mall where Woolworth supermarket is located, The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, City Council pool and gym(on the next street over), and .any other shops and food chains are located at the Eastgate Mall.

We have a pet cat named Panda, and a family of 3: myself (40s), young adult old son and a 7 year old son. We have 3 bedrooms available, for single people only and students. Two single bedrooms at @ $200 each a week with king single beds, study desk and chair, lamp, wardrobe, laundry basket, free wifi and include power too. And 1 double bedroom at $250 per week and it is unfurnished at the moment, but can be furnished if needed.

Shared kitchen, laundry and living room. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. There is a spaciousl entertainment area just outside the front of the house which is currently under do-up, to house a pool table, mini bar area etc. At the back of the house is a spacious backyard, for a quiet area if needed. The house is going to be constantly going through some new face lift but the majority of the work inside it has been done, waiting on you to join our family and enjoy life and each other's company.

We would appreciate non smokers, single people only or students. I am a work professional with a 7 year old son in the main house and adult son is in his own space outside.

Strictly no substance use allowed and tidy persons only

Food are extras for students and is negotiable. No stress.

House has CCTV camera for extra security as well.
We appreciate all ethnicities and vegetarians alike.

We like some loud music and some games in the weekends, if we want, so it's going to be an enjoyable environment for all of us.

We have parking onsite available and spacious space outside for relaxation.
