A fully furnished room with its own bathroom is available for rent!

The house is in a great central location—just a short walk to the bus exchange, Ara, and lots of bars and cafes. Hagley Park is only 10 minutes away on foot.

You’ll be sharing the space with me, a 45-year-old woman who’s friendly and social, but I work full-time and study in the evenings, so I’m not home too often.

The house is spread over two levels. I have my own space upstairs, including a bedroom, bathroom, and small lounge area. This means you’ll have the entire bottom floor to yourself, with just the kitchen being shared.

The complex also has a pool and gym for you to enjoy, and access is secure with swipe card entry. There’s parking available on the road, plus storage for bikes.

The room will be available from March 1st. I'm happy to consider short-term renters, but ideally, I’d prefer at least a 3-month stay. Rent includes power and internet.
